After stepping out of pro-football at my playing weight as an offensive tackle and moving from the active world of professional athletics into a sedentary job, combined with the serous back injury incurred from the parachuting accident, I found it difficult to stay physically fit. Motivated by the fact the average life span of an ex-NFL athlete was only 53 years of age, I decided to get serious about my health.
Through my frustrating but successful journey back to good health I developed a fitness program allowing anyone to get fit in only 10 minutes of daily intense exercise. I know it sounds ridiculous, but trust me it’s not!
Through my company Fitex Solutions I do seminars, and presentations on exercise and fitness to companies and organizations nation wide. On Teleseminars, broadcast weekly throughout the US, I am known as Americas Fitness Coach. I also give this same presentation, expanded, and from a Biblical perspective, to churches and Christian organizations. It's called Of Some Value from Timothy 4:8.
I firmly believe that everyone should exercise virtually every day of their life. Staying fit and eating right is not necessarily about extending your life, it's about extending your ability to enjoy life as God intended it.
